Event Planning

Wanting to run an event to bring the community together and help reach your fundraising goals? We can help you with your event planning. This includes sourcing a space, booking with the venue, planning your layout, evacuation plans, risk assessment and helping to plan your recruitment process for your vendors.

Marketing Your Event

You have a great event coming up but you’re not sure how to get the word out so people come along on the day? We can help you plan your marketing so that your event reaches as wide an audience as possible! This includes: strategy, media release template, social media graphics and a marketing timeline.

Stallholder Coordination

This is one of the largest, most time-consuming aspects of running an event. If you’re a volunteer-based service you may find that this takes up more time than you have. Why not let us help? We take on all the communication with your stallholders, managing your inbox, feeding them the information they need to know and then passing on those few e-mails that you truly need to answer directly. Don’t want to answer any of your e-mails? We can do that too!

Event Coordination

Want us to do everything for you so that you don’t have to worry? We can do that as well! We can provide a full event coordination service including everything listed above which will free your time to do the day-to-day tasks for your organisation. We ideally like to work with a 6 month lead in time for your event, so don’t leave it too late to book!

We approached Erin in 2018  as we were familiar with her amazing work with Perth Makers Market. We wanted to elevate our KickstART Markets which is a central event of our annual KickstART Festival.

 

Knowing Erin’s experience in this field we sought support towards simplifying the planning process and reinvigorating the KicktART markets.  As a result the 2019 Kickstart Markets were the largest and most successful to date, we had over 50 incredibly talented stall holders all under the aged of 26 and had a few thousand people in attendance across the day. It was a no brainer to partner again for future markets.

Erin is an extremely accomplished and brilliant business manager and her passion for her work shines above all else. She is an absolute delight to work with, has very efficient processes and has transformed our Festival markets for the better. 100% would recommend working with her.

Applecross Rotary

Applecross Rotary's involvement with Erin Madeley started in late 2015 when she asked if our club could assist at the new Perth Makers Market at Heathcote. 

Since then we have seen that market grow from strength to strength under Erin’s enthusiastic and optimistic guidance. Erin’s entrepreneurial talents have become increasingly evident as she developed the sophistication of the market and broadened her business footprint with similar markets at other metro locations. ...

It has been fascinating to watch Erin’s focus and creativity during these past 4 years, during which Applecross Rotary have assisted at the Heathcote car parking site. The public have given generous donations at the car park locations, and the local community have benefited directly from the nearly $100,000 donated over this period.

The Applecross Jacaranda Festival is Applecross Rotary’s signature annual event. That event has now grown to a size where we needed assistance to organise the stallholders. In 2019 we were happy to engage with Erin Madeley Consulting for the first time to obtain those services, which were delivered with professional and passionate style.
